Default Help with a Clicking Sound

I have a homemade outrigger style trike 04 Harley Electra Glide.
I have a Clicking sound coming from the left rear outrigger wheel area when I go into moderate to hard Left Turns.
I removed the wheel and checked the area nothing in the way so I checked the hub and thought it must be a wheel bearing, replaced the bearings. Clicking still there...
I have jacked it up pushed, pulled, punched and kicked everything I could and can not find anything that may be causing that noise. Rides fine no wobble or anything just a noticeable clicking sound in left turns only.
Any suggestions? My brilliant son told me don't turn left.

    Hello,
Is it a possible crack, or weld that didn't penitrate?
And on left turns, pulls apart enough to "click"?
    Or, just a loose nut/bolt?

Try looking in a spot you haven't checked yet....Maybe its not coming from the rear, and instead resonating up from the front... Been there found that....

I know this is not the same, But I once had a ticking/rattling sound from a car dash..
Drove me crazy [I haven't returned to normal yet ] it would only do it at certain times, Found out it was the key fob hitting the steering column.....

Not being a smart A$$ here ... are you riding two up when it happens?

My ex used to "tap her finger nails" on the arm rests ... drove me nuts ... short trip there, long journey back ... not there yet ... but all the way back to AB Normal.

Well I found the culprit. The bolt backed out of the belt pulley and was hitting the lower shock mount on left turns. The bolt backed out far enough yesterday while I was going down the road to hit the shock mount and shear off. I just left my driveway when I heard a snap, I turned around and went back to my garage, Checked the bike and saw the hole, now to get a easy out and order a new pulley.

You might be able to tap it out with a sharp chisel and a hammer, By tapping it counter clock wise....I can't tell you how many nuts bolts and studs iv'e gotten out that way... The last one i removed that way was on my Tri-Glide's steering stabilizer where it mounts to the engine head... [9-1/16 bolt] Sheared it off flush with the cylinder head.. 3 or 4 well placed taps and it spun right out...
Just to add e-z outs are harden steel and they can and sometimes will snap with any kind of lateral pressure ...

I've seen this done AFTER an E-Z Out snapped of on an exhaust manifold stud.

I usualy use a hardened punch and a hammer to tap out bolts but this didn't work on my last bb it had been glued with thread locker I guess I then drilled it and used a easy out but it broke so I drilled it again and broke another easy out .I quit after that and it is still in until I can get at it better. It just might stay in there . it wasn't holding much any way

You know if there was a list of 'Oxymoron's ' #1 would be Military Intelligence.
And coming in close behind at #2 would be EZ-Outs....

    Default Left hand drill bit.

Find you local Snap On guy. He will probably have some left hand drill bits, that's right they are made to drill in a counter clockwise motion. Have used mine several times, if it does not get the broken bolt out you at least have a hole for an extractor, Snap On also has the best extractors I have used. Perhaps a little pricey but worth it.

    Update:
removed the rear wheel last night. All 5 bolts that hold the rear pulley on were snapped and I would have to heli coil all 5 holes, So I did the next best thing told my wife I need to go shopping for a new wheel.
