Yes it is sad,we here it north central Texas may get a little rain today, I will have to suffer going to a fish fry and have a couple of cold beer's in 70degree weather.O the pain of it all.
Here in KY we never know what the weather is going to do. The meteorologists do well to tell us what it did yesterday. I have stood on the porch and watched it pour down rain on the neighbors house 1/4 mile away while we didn't get a drop. We have left out on a short ride in tee shirts and come back wearing all the extra cloths we carry with us. We will not leave out without our rain gear and warm cloths. I wouldn't want to live any other place. The beautiful country side and great roads to ride. You people can have your cities.
