My wife rides her trike and I ride on 2 wheels. She says her brakes don't feel the same as they did before the recall was done? The quality of brakes was why she chose CSC. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks

just had mine done two days ago works fine no problem yet
Nothing to do with CSC. If the peddle is mushy, bring it back to dealer to have brakes bled out again. Maybe air in them.. If it's hard and firm then it's normal. Mine were done and like the previous post, it stops on a dime. You may want to check your pads though. Mine were almost gone and I just changed them and WOW what a difference. For some reason the dealers don't even bother to check them when they do the recall . You would think they would as part of a safety inspection (and to make some money) A friend of mine also had his done and he also needed new pads in the front.
Mine was spungy, had them bleed again, work normal now.
Another reason may be that when they take off the rear brake pedal to perform the recall, they sometimes do not reinstall it at the same position. Mine was too low and it forced me to angle my foot down and in turn it tool more effort to brake. I just had to adjust a friend of mine because they reinstalled his to high and he had to lift his foot to brake. Not a hard job, you just need to remove the foot peg and then the bolt that holds the brake pedal (the bolt has to be ALL the way out) re-position the pedal and reinstall. You may have to install the foot peg temporarily to see if it is in the correct position first. Also sometimes the shaft springs backward not allowing you to re-install the brake pedal on the splined shaft. If this happens just reach your fingers behind the frame and cylinder and force it back out again.
Hope this helps, but maybe it's been corrected, you have not replied at all to any of the other postings.
Had mine done, the brakes work fine.
