I've been brewing about 6 years.
All grain, gravity system.
I'm a bit of a hop head so I brew IPA's and Pale Ales.
Haven't brewed anything since January tho. I retired Feb 1 and cant find the time to brew. LOL
Looks like it will be January before I slow down enough to get some brewing done.
In the mean time my go to beers are Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA and Terrapin Hopsecutioner IPA. There are a number of local and regional breweries that turn out some good beer. No need to drink Bud, Miller, Coors, etc.
You don't quit riding because you get old.

I go to a local pub that specializes in brewing. The brew master assists in the process from start to finish utilizing their equipment. He has about 100 different brew recipes to choose from or you can tweek any of the brew master's recipes.
Brewing sessions take about 3 hours. Bottling takes place about 3 weeks later and takes about 2 hours. We are aloud to bring along friends who can indulge during the bottling process.
A single batch will fill 72- 22 oz. bottles and fill the guts of anyone who tagged along during the bottling phase..
What's left, the house gets to keep.![]()
