If anybody here uses Pellet Grills for their BBQing.
I started with a Traeger back in 2008. Since then I've sold it & now have 2 Green Mountain Grills. A Davy Crockett & a Jim Bowie.
Over the years I've gotten pretty good with these. I've made pulled pork for over 500 people on a few occasions. Love doing ribs, brisket etc
Do most the cooking on the DC since its the smaller of the 2 & its just my Bride & I. Plus the DC has open flame capabilities for high temp grilling.
Meals always turn out fantastic on these! I'll never go back to propane or charcoal.
Made a marinated chicken breast tonight that was moist & juicy. Fact is most of our meals come off of these grills.
Anyone else here use a pellet grill/smoker?
