Philly you got to love those artists
Well after much indecision I had my paint folks embark on changing the color of my new wondeful yet purple Valkyrie trike - I really wanted red - most friends steered me toward black - my paint guy strongly suggested black - so, being unyielding in my ways, I chose.......Black - as my paint guy prepped the body panels he shared with me he creative thoughts on the color as we didn't want just black - we needed some "bling" flake and pearl and stuff - now he did warn me that black was likely not to be real black once we started adding sparkley stuff - we decided the gold flake with some pearl would be really cool - well, shortly after he applied the second stage material it became pretty apparant what black and gold makes..............GREEN! So I started with a purple trike - brought my vaunted painter in to make it black even that I really wanted red and I got green - is this some kind of metaphor for life? Anyway the green flops hard it's brilliant in the sunlight and it's a unique and very cool color - I'll post pics tomorrow.

Your a good guy! Wish my customers would accept different colors than they wanted!!! It'd make my job alot easier!!! Have fun with it! Like I said before, ANY color would look good on that ride! jimsjinx
Well you want to be able to find it in that parking lot. I am sure it is not as green as you think . I painted my 66 Dodge Dart a Black with a lot of Gold fleck in it. ( Black Mink was the color ) I thought it looked great. The way it sounds and the way the motors shows up all chromed , it even looked good purple it is gona look Unbelievable in DARK GREEN FLAKE. Did he take the bike all apart?
yes I took everything off the bike before he painted the parts - it's a great paint job - I tried to post pics - couldn't - then forwarded them to Mimi - so hopefully she will post them sometime today - no pressure Mimi
Hmmmm I hate to tell U but Red is faster!!
I know U will get used to the green, looking forward to the pictures.....
Ride safe and enjoy.

Got to say, pretty wild . BET the pictures don't do it justice either. Colors like that can only be enjoyed in pers0n
Nice thing about it, if someone takes a picture of your bike you will recognize it in a heart beat so will we, People have seen my bike and they know it is me . Great feeling .
philly - The color may be accidental but I think it looks fantastic. The Valks trike out well, one of my favorites, then the one of a kind paint job. You have a winner.
Thanks All - I don't know if the compliments are real or just kind - but either way it's working as the color continues to grow on me - Philly
I think it is great . Also think you should ride it up to the NE TT rally on the 28th .
Now there is some serious flake put in that paint mixture. Very nice.
