New member thanks to Redneck Ray...

Hey everybody! My brother and I both just recently joined this site after meeting Redneck Ray. My brother Gary was paralyzed from the chest down after an accident in March of 2009. He has been wanting to get back on a motorcycle ever since he got out of the hospital in July of 2009.

We first tried one of those Can-Am knockoffs, had it delivered in a crate, and I put it together. Had to add an extra brake reservoir to the system for it to stop well enough, but in the end, the seating position just was not going to work for Gary in his condition.

Luckily we were able to recently sell it, and we got an excellent deal with Redneck Ray to build Gary a real trike. One that he can actually drive his Permobil powerchair into. Can't wait to see some early stage pictures Ray!

Gary and I were both very impressed when we went to Ray's shop, and got to see the ingenuity he incorporates into all of his projects. Excellent work Ray!
I'm looking forward to all three of us going for a ride in the near future, if all goes well with the trike build.

Thanks again Ray!
