2014 - PA Hilly riding - I got 13k out of the stock tire (could have pushed it for more) when I switched to a Michelin Commander II rear tire (reverse direction mounted / same size as stock front). I now have almost 24K and the Michelin still looks like new.

2014 with 20,500 miles on original front tire running mostly on NH backroads. Going to change it over the winter.
Changed out my 2016 TG at 14k although it had a couple of thousand left in it. I wanted to try what Kevin from DK Customs has which is a Dunlop American Elite rear tire mounted in reverse direction to protect the tread seam in the case of hard braking. The trike handles very well with no noted difference from the stock tire and the new tire should expected to last maybe 25k?

Ha Ha!!! ... 2 words.... Advanced search. And then 3 more words... "Reverse front tire"... At least 2,000,000, threads to read. Maybe more.!
After you finish those 2 million, type in "Front tire reversed".. There will be another 2,000,000 for you to read...
Wake up Barbara!!!

2011 Cool Blue TriGlide with full stage 4, a lotta other upgrades, and a lotta shiny stuff.
Hi..My name is Trent and I am a Chromaholic.
Right. And ninety percent of the retrieved threads are irrelevant because the stupid search engine doesn't connect the search words as a single topic.
So...
every thread with the word "front" in it is returned.
Damn!!! That must be 500 thousand right there
The word "tire" should be good for another million hits.
So why are you giving grief to Barbara? She didn't start this thread.
