I finally hit the big 65 ...."so far ~ so good"...still a ball of energy every day...up by 2:00 am every morning, Bicycle Ride before work (yes, still working) of 7 to 12 miles average...Rides on weekends of 30 to 60 miles, lift weights 3 days per week, and do some Trail Hiking.....Life is good so far...!!!!!!!...

I believe age is just a number. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, I'm in great health, been retired for 17 years, love to ride. I am also one of the lucky ones my wife loves to rice also. We have ridden to Alaska twice and are planning another trip back to Alaska in 2020. That is an 11.000 mile ride from our summer home in Ohio up and back. By the way I'll be 78 in June. Be safe and enjoy the ride. Larry

Just came from the Deadwood rally. The oldest trikes there was 89. He rode in, alone from Washington state. Really made me feel like a woosie! God bless him!
