I have a friend that installed a trigg kit on a 1500 and is not pleased with it. Complains that tries to push him through curves and is not stable. Is there anybody that has any knowledge on these that could share some light on these things.

I guess what could use some clarification is the term "pushing"... If your friend means by that that the trike is difficult to steer thru curves, that's pretty normal for any trike conversion that does not have a "rake kit" installed...
I don't ride a Trigg conversion but they are all pretty much the same in terms of steering geometry and the basic physics of the machine...
Perhaps your friend could expound a bit on exactly what he/she means buy "pushing" and "unstable"...
Les
It's hard to describe, what he really would like is to talk to someone that rides one of these kits. If someone is willing to discuss just send me a pm with a number to call and I will pass it to him. Thanks.
I'm guessing "pushing" is related to not having a rake kit.
When I rode an outrigger with no rake kit it wanted to "straighten" the handle bars in a corner. Was not easy to "steer" at all.
"Unstable" may have something to do with improper set up(preload). If the bike seems to feel unstable, especially in corners it probably was not set up correctly.
He should contact Trigg 888.321.2516 and explain his concerns.

Actually he lives a mile away from them and they have worked on it several times, he just wanted to talk with someone that owns one to talk shop so to speak.
Thanks Les for stepping up, again you meet the nicest people on a HONDA!
Anytime brother, anytime at all...
