Winter Snow Road Pics Here...my Limit

Any of You (...and I'm sure some of the Northernmost TRIKE TALK Members will scoff...) ride Your Trike on roads like this in the Winter ? This upcoming 2010 Winter will be my first "Trike Winter"....these pics represent about as bad of road conditions as I ride 2-wheeler Road Bikes in. These were taken last year while onboard my Elite 110 Scooter...the last pic is an area I was almost "offboard"....little bit of black ice. I figure the Trike can eat a road like this.....We'll see..........

Man, that looks good after the high 90° temps with heat indexes aournd 110°.
I have ridden in that kind of stuff, but won't anymore. It's the salt they put on the road. Gets into everything, and anyone who lived in snow country knows why they call it the "Rust Belt". The ice and slop are bad enough, but like that Canadian singer with the high voice (No, NOT Celine Dion!) said,"Rust Never Sleeps".

That's a dusting of snow.

3- About 3 feet of snow along the trail taken from my snowmobile

My Blue Knights Chapter Rides every Sunday Morning year round...give points during Winter Months for the Polar Pig of the Year Award...the Only thing that'll keep most of us in the Diner, drinking coffee and eating slop is Snow and/or Ice.
