Gramp's are you sure of that number ? I can't find it in my catalog to get all the spec's.
Found this info on the web so take it with a grain of salt:

Bar Diameter 1"
Width 32"
Pull Back 4.25"
Rise 12"
Base Width 11.5"
Knurl Width 3.06"
With those number's it a set of Heritage bars, look's like Harley doesn't make anything higher. I mean like a 14 inch rise.
To get that much of a rise you will have to look at ape bars 56942-10B
Check out krome werks 2+2 bars. They have a good selection with measurement images.

55800247 is the Part Number Mancusso Harley Davidson in Houston gave me as the stock 2015 Freewheeler handlebars. It is listed on page 621 in the 2015 Harley Davison Parts and Accessories Catalog. The specs are:
1.0" dia, 32.0" width, 4.25" pull back, 12.0" rise, 11.5" base width, 3.06" knurl width, Stainless Steel.

Thank you gentlemen, I think I'm going with the Khrome werks 2+2's. Part number 300519, now to check on any brake lines and wires. Anybody have any knowage of this ? Thanks Rick
