Clock change

[FONT=tahoma, arial, sans-serif]Supposedly an Indigenous American elder, when told about Daylight Saving Time said," Only the government would believe that you can cut a foot off the bottom of a blanket, sew it to the top, and have a longer blanket."

An irony about that statement is that the Navajo Nation, in Arizona, observes Daylight Saving time, but the state of Arizona itself does not.

I cheated and left EST behind and headed out to Kansas on business. With jumping back to Central time, I avoid the time change for another week.

I also avoid the monster snowstorm heading for LI. Just a happy coincidence.

Did you leave your wife and children behind :nonono:

Well, I for one, would like for the clock to just sit still - either on one time or the other permanently - just make a d**m decision - tired of popping back and forth.

Of course I prefer the original time - I could always tell pretty close what time it was by the position of the sun if I didn’t have a watch on.
