I got the Kury Gen II and it's a nice piece of kit. Kuryakyn 7339 Gen 2 Fork Brace : Amazon.com : Automotive Installation was easy and no sticktion what-so-ever. The steering seemed more responsive--I haven't had a chance to really test it out. But so far, so good. The fork covers are solid and are part of the casting, so no chance of them shaking loose. Chrome seems well done and now I see it also comes in black.
Glad to see the Kuryakyn Fork Brace coming in Black too....with F6B Sales brisk, and soon to be F6B Trikes on the road, this should be a good seller also.....

I just installed the Super Brace on the trike.
Haven't even had a chance to ride it yet.
OK, just took it for a ride.
The front has much less reaction to bumps and bad roads. More solid in cornering.
Less rocking from side to side.
Also, it does not plow as much, (front dipping when stopping)
I just installed a BLACK SUPER BRACE today on my 2013 Gold Wing 1800 F6B 2-Wheeler......like ALWAYS, more precise feel entering/exiting corners, more control at slow parking lot maneuvers. As soon as I left the paved part of my Shop driveway, onto the gravel section, it was immediately obvious that the SUPER BRACE was working...
I ride all the time, I ride a lot, I read a lot. No matter what I read in Other Folks and/or "Experts" reports and opinions, I have a real tendency to do my own evaluations. I've ridden a lot of Motorcycles that I've added SUPER BRACES to over the years, and EVERY one of Them have been improved with the addition of one. The Gold Wings (Trikes even more than 2-Wheel Versions) seem to benefit the most.....These work Folks, and work well. Worth every penny.....

Yep, "Totally Sold" again on the Ride/Handling Improvements of the Super Brace...Rode the F6B most all day yesterday on a lot of my favorite mountain and back roads...definite improvement in every catagory and type of riding, from parking lot to cruising down twisty mountain grades. Really like the Black Finish on the F6B Model also.....
"Testing the F6B with Mitzie on Her Honda PCX150 Scooter".....
SUPER BRACE...You need one.....

I added a brace to my 2010 with Adventurer kit based on having had front end wobble once at highway speeds.
It hasn't happened again.
Although I believe it did happen because of lane changing and being in a rut in the road at the same time.
So if it actually helps I cant say.
Money wasted?
Nope.
Anything that can and might make the vehicle safer is worth the investment on its own.

Thanks Skuuter, for directing my attention to the Super Brace discussion. It leaves me with only 2 questions. 1. Is installing a SB of any value if you are not an aggressive pilot? 2. Is a Rake Kit required and does it make any sense to install a SB without a Rake Kit? Speaking only of Trikes.
Ok 1st ride this morning with the super brace , so far I feel less head shake and bike seems better in the turns. the big thing for me is the darn head shake , if it helps that as it seems it does then it's money well spent.

1. In my opinion, YES...the Super Brace, helps with Turn-in and Transition, even in really slow maneuvers, and helps with a Trike's headshake when dropping off curbs, etc. onto roads. One handed Cruising is much easier when needed.
2. In my opinion, again, YES...maybe even more so, because without a Rake Kit, a Trike requires even more effort put into the Bars to turn, causing even more Frontend Flex. This is the main "culprit" that the Super Brace eliminates.
I have never ridden, nor owned a Trike or Motorcycle that didn't get "Real Life" Benefits from a Super Brace. It was a Great Idea, and it works. I put it into the Category of not riding with Helmets and Gear...You may survive a wreck without Them, but You would have faired better with Them...You may ride without a Super Brace, but You will ride better with it...and I answered Your PM......

Super Brace on my trike as well. It was on my 2 wheel version before it was triked and I would not want to be without it. It improves the ride to me.
