If I am not mistaken, in some states if it is enclosed it is not considered a motorcycle (or trike).
In Conn. if the motor is inclosed it is not a motorcycle ( Spyder is getting away with it because of the handle bars and open ridding position ) and if the driver is inside so to speak it is not a trike , sooooo if it has a top Foergetaboutit I see only 3 that could possibly temp me into buying them . I like the one posted on this sight the best .
In Nevada, trikes are considered "cars"..no special license, no helmets, tho 2-wheelers DO need helmets..lol
Just a Thought ........ Yah, an insurance company sponsored this, but are they gonna give you a ration of sh..t insuring these vehicles ?
I think that the only thing they left out that would make them trikes is "FUN TO DRIVE"
