Lost in translation

I am looking for a hot rod yellow (or any colour) door for my motortrike 2001. I am not sure what you call the bottom door usa style. We call it a boot lid. Anyway, does someone have one or can you point me in the right direction.

I have a mural on the door and do not want to part with it. I cannot bare to give it to anyone so I will replace it rather than sell it with the trike.

PS: Have you got one or know where I can get one used?
