YIKES! Well, you aren't stupid...... you are a true triker . I'm glad to hear she wasn't damaged!
Took R'ota (the new Valkryie) out for an evening spin. Pulled up to the gas pump, shut down, leaned her over, and down she went. Seems like ol' Einstein forgot to put the kickstand down. Can you say "Trike rider?"
I was still on her. I couldn't stop it, but I was able to let her down real easy. No damage that I can see. The biggest shock was that I stood her up again by myself  I thought it would take 2 people for sure.
Well, I feel stupid :groan:

JUST NEED MORE WHEELS.Least it ain't broke like NANA said.RIDE SAFE
No, stuff just happens. Dropped the Ultra and picked up by my self (Mad as Hell). That helps every time.
I did the same thing, except I was sitting there talking with the others we were riding with. It had already been 5 minutes or more, looked down and thought hey it would be comfy to put my legs up on the highway pegs and strecht out a bit while sitting here.
Yep never put the kick stand down.:eek::eek: No damage except for the pepsi my buddy spewed out his nose as he started laughing.

Dn't feel to stupid!
The guy that servives my trike works on two wheelers and trikes. He told me that he has test riden so many different bikes that he has a system that reminds him to put his feet down at an intersection.
He wears a full face helmet when he is on a two wheeler and a half helmet on a trike!
Hey if there is no pictures, it didn't happen!

Been there, done that. But I chose to do it in a biker ice house parking lot . Like you, I was lucky to save the bike from damage - but you can easily pull something out of whack with an adrenalin rush effort like that. I lifted my skiff bow up a few years back when it got hung on the bow stop while launching - shoulder is still not right. Glad both you and the machine are ok.

I keep on swinging my leg to put the invisible kickstand down on my trike. And feet on the ground at lights. My wife delites in pointing these out to me.
You know what they say..."those who have and those who haven't yet."
I'm a multiple times member of the "have" club and know exactly how you feel.
Gotta say though, I haven't laid the trike down...at least not yet.

Those voices in my head may not be real, but they have some really good ideas.
I left the kickstand on my trike... still use it at times just to see how many people notice... LOL
That's a great idea! Think I'll mount a 2nd one on the other side.I left the kickstand on my trike... still use it at times just to see how many people notice
