We like breakfast for supper sometimes: Ma makes a great omelet. Eggs (of course) fried potatoes, American, Pepper Jack and Velveeta cheese, crushed red peppers, and lots of crispy bacon. A heart attack in the making.

Just another unpredictable Saturday evening at the OR.
Time now to prepare a late evening lunch/dinner meal.
Sautéed chicken breast in coconut oil, sitting on a bed of tri-colored quiona, with sautéed broccoli, white onions, garlic and yellow squash. ( all organic vegetables).
All washed down with one big glass of organic red syrah wine.
Now it's goodnight.
