Bone in pork loin, brined, little smoke, cooked low and slow for 9 hrs. Smoker sweet taters and creamed peas and carrots.

Complete dish, the sweets cooked in the smoker (no smoke) for 4 hrs. All the sugar in them caramelized ... probably the best sweets I've ever eaten.
