Lemon pepper , heavy , both sides , sit one hr. , pan fry in brown butter and olive oil . 2-3 min on each side . Hint ; fry outside or momma will shoot ya .
I cook all my steaks outside on the grill...Summer or Winter....ThumbUp...
Seems like I've been BBQ'n forever. And those of you who have seen me know I'm not starving. I usually like ribs and filets. I decided to try something a little different from my usual BBQ routine. I used a ribeye, coated it liberally with with extra virgin olive oil followed by a coat of seasoning (my own). Then I immediately put it on high heat BBQ for 3 minutes/side. YUM!!!!! Can't post pictures. I ate the whole thing. The oil is something I hadn't done before. Will do it again..... Jim
