Ride to nowhere

Started out early this morning just riding.

Every time I had to stop (at a light or stop sign or intersection) I went a different direction

Ended up about 100 miles away. Then just told Garmin to take me home

Ended up taking some goat paths but made it home by noon

Then worked on the other trike all afternoon

It was a good day today

Kind of did the same thing in early May ... ended up doing almost 3,000 miles and 12 days all together. Was in New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. Great head cleaner ... LOL ... I highly recommend that type of ride. Just find a hotel before it gets too late ... don't ask ... LOL

I really enjoy that type of ride, especially in Florida. The goal is to turn away from serious thunderheads and eventually make it home.ThumbUp

Sounds like a great way to spend a couple hours on the trike and see places and roads you haven't seen before.... I'll have to give it a try.
