Hello all.
I made it back from Arkansas with my new toy.

I have added Lighted trunk molding, Transformer floor boards for passenger, lots of chrome, Led lights for blinker, Engine lights, Rear brake light modulator, CB, Gerbing heat connector, Ipod connection to passenger, Chrome key knows to gas tank and side compartment.
Still need to put on my floorboards and belly pan. Below are some pics.

Suggest you get the 3M stone guard film added to the top of the foot fairings in the area around the passenger foot rests.

Yes, it is beautiful. Is it raked? I could not steer for very long a trke that is not raked. I hav bad shoulders and not much of a better neck. The added distance the front wheel is displaced makes it a joy to steer.

I agree with Dawg about the 3m fender guards. I would have lots of stone chips with out the film protection.

Yes 6 degree rake. Do those guards get yellow? I have seen some film on white trucks that get real ugly.

I have the 3-M film on the front of my fenders, and the main area it covers is the wide, white contrast strip in the center (about 6-8 inches wide). I had it applied in '06 when the kit was installed, and it has not shown signs of yellowing yet, but it has definitely offered great protection for my paint. If it eventually does yellow, it can be removed and a new film installed. I have no regrets using it!

Great looking trike, but I have sad news for you. You will never be done adding stuff, there is always one more light, Chrome, cup holder, peg, gizmo that is necessary, thrust me I am the poster child for this illness.

Now you must balance the desire to ride with the necesasary to work harder and earn more money to feed the "Extras" beast.

I had the whole front surface of the fenders covered, as while as most of the painted portion of the foot fairings, that might be exposed to front wheel debris and the areas that innocent boots might come into contact.
My Hannigan boards are weight bearing and I have removed the rider pegs and rest my feet on the boards. So much more comfortable that way.

I hear there is a static cling type film that will not remove the paint if you have to take it off. i just don't know who makes it.

That's the 3-M film I've got. Actually a friend accidently scraped mine after it had been there about a year. I took it back to Ziebart, they easily removed and replace the film. Absolutely no bubbles despite the curves of the fender. I'm quite sure I couldn't apply it myself that perfectly!
