You can try long needle nose or even a screw driver and see if you can push the clips on tighter. They are just a pressure fit clip. You can see them in your picture. push on the edges near the post to see if they will move in.

Can't get my fingers in their, tire is too close. Can't use needle nose just not room. May try screw driver.

My success at keeping those tight have been hit and miss.
On my current ride the clip AND the front post on one side have gone missing. Until I take the time to get another emblem, remove the front tire and replace it, to stop the rattling I have wedged a little piece of electrical tape between the fender and the emblem.

I ended up putting a small piece of folded up paper. That will
work till I remove the fender. Looks like u could just remove the two front bolts and loosen the back two, tilt the fender up and maybe get to the washers and press them on tighter.

If you have a lot of time, remove the emblem, put some Automotive Goop on the back side of the emblem stick it back on
It will set up over night and NOT come lose again
We have repaired broken hubcaps, dashes and many other parts with this with very good luck

i removed the front two fender mounting bolts and tilted the fender rearward. alittle dab of silly cone on my finger and then stuck it on those star washers. no more rattle.
