Went for our first Post Hip ride and she did fine . Only 48 miles but everything went great, the cane even fit in the trunk of the DFT.

Great news! Hey, somewhat related. A couple years ago my Mom had back problems & needed a cane. Occasionally she still has flare ups, so we got her a cane that is not only pretty & lightweight but folds up to 6 inches so it can be carried in a purse. If this sounds like something that your lady may like let me know & i'll send you the info on it. I think it's the "pretty" part that really appealed I'm glad your lady is doing so great, congrats to her.
