AN UPDATE
hi everyone just thought I would update.
im done painting the body and assembling it now. im finishing up my template chrome cover and have most of the covers im going to use mostly cut, just need fitting. the new brake lines that were damaged and the connecting Honda parts; as well as a rear brake line connector that will work are all on the way.
this means I could be finishing in a couple weeks.
thank to Wayne aka slug for his help, just having someone to discuss this with really helped me figure this out. the pics he sent me really helped to.
soon I will post pics of the complete steps.

please remember I also have new rear fenders now that are my next project, that will include driving lights, speakers, and usable racks on each side. this all to structure that is going to be added to the fenders to support the extra weight.

my old body was broken and my right headlight. the new parts I get them from china and they come only in white. they also must be adjusted to fit.
the body is assembled now and ready for installation.

last brake modification complete, chrome covers done cutting fit great and are painted. I have my new parts, ready to install.
the front fenders, calipers and brake lines tucked in is finished, hopeing to get help tomorrow to finish the brake line connections and replace the bad brake line parts.
good news, i was right about the over tightened brake lines, the lines and the connecting parts were badly damaged. all fixed now, the rear lines are mounted and tight. the front lines mounting hole needs a heli coil. but they are all routed and connected just 1 hole to fix and its time to bleed.

all the mechanical assembly is finished. all the brake lines are routed and connected tight. all other cables lines and hoses on the neck are routed and secured. the steering stabalizer is installed and functions properly. now i can bleed we just ran out of steam and time today. but we are ready.
I did not like routing the front brake line through the handle bars to much kinking, it is very comfortable with the throttle cables does not kink, rub or twist or bend now.
update
as can be seen in my latest post about my clutch master cylinder, im waiting for parts again. 2 master cylinder rebuild kits 1 front brake and 1 clutch. might as well do them both. I apparently need a clutch slave unit as well, it comes complete with all parts not just a rebuild. so it seems im waiting on parts again and spending yet another $200 on my girl JOY. WOW is she expensive to keep. might be cheaper if I gold plated her.at least she will be all new and totally functional should get a few more years out of her.
another update made decision
well i went out side and checked the front brake master, it actually still had clean fluid in it after being off the bike and disconnected for 3 months. by the way the front brake lever is not pushing fluid into the lines which means no leaks. i think im going to rebuid it anyway its only $12. i decided to replace the clutch hose as its only $22, its a 16 year old hose full of guu. all the other lines are new might as well. i decided to just buy the internal parts for the clutch slave which saves me money and the kit includes parts i dont need. this should still give me a new clutch. good thing i got lots of line sealing washers. i never intended this much work, but i think it will be better and safer in the end. im sure of one thing when im done I wont be fixing any of these things for a long time.

good news and bad news
the good news is I got my clutch parts, I should have what I need to finish JOY.
the bad news is she's in my drive way or outside. we have cold weather here now and I have no help again.

Progress update
I have functional front brakes now. im replacing the clutch master cylinder and the slave. the new clutch line is in place and should not prevent further progress. my current plan is to order needed clutch parts, then install later.
the next thing is to bleed the rear brakes, and fix any line leaks once that is finished and I have functional rear brakes I will button up the radiators and fill them.
the parts im waiting for will not prevent me installing the main stay, connecting the electrical or installing the body. so once I have rear brakes and button up the radiators I will install the body.
so much for wanting the clutch working first.
