It's raining out here and heavy at that ....So i have nothing to do but just to sit here and think about things....Which really i should stop doing, Thinking that is , Just sitting is good..Anyway back to my Rainy day thoughts before i forget what i was thinking about when i first started this post.

When i'm in a supermarket with my Wife and she says , Wait right here with the shopping cart while i go look for something!

And then inevitably someone will be reaching all around me to get something off the shelf behind me...And if i move over a little someone else will do the same where i just moved to....

My question is for all you seasoned shoppers out there, Where is a good spot to wait at where i won't be in someone way......

Besides waiting in the car in the parking lot...

I go to the end of the isle and get next to the least likely display of product I can find, then let my wife find me........

Go to the beer aisle. That way if you have to move, you can always be looking at more beer.

Na, Can't hide there because in my county they can't sell Beer/Liquor in a supermarket...They can only sell it in a stand alone store..

Well since they dont sell beer or MC parts at your store why in they hell would you want to even go there lol. Do what I do when my wife tells me that just as she walks away i tap here on the arm and say tag your it and go as fast as i can the other direction.She stopped asking me to go with her.Or i just go by myself.

I prefer the Nathan's breaded Bat wings, But still theres got to be a safe out of the way corner deep in the back of a supermarket where a Man and a shopping cart can stand in peace. While waiting for the Old lady to call you on the cell phone and ask where in the Hell are you, You aren't in the same spot where i left you!.....

Every once in a while, When i am looking for boots there, I'll open a box and in will be a well worn old pair.....

I wonder if thats the new fashion style , Like ripped jeans...

I usually stay at home and very seldom go grocery shopping, or for that matter any shopping.

But if you get corralled into the grocery store, when asked to wait, wait in the DOG FOOD section.

If you are going to be treated like a DOG may as well see how they eat. You might like it......

If you do migrate to the Pet Food section, check out the Cat food. Adverts make it look a lot more appetizing than Dog food. Just a thought for when you get put in the Dog house.

Yea' I'll pass on standing around the Cat food section, I might make eye contact with some of those people, And then before i know it i'll strike up a conversion, That is my only fault in life, [I will even strike up conversions with strangers in Walmart.] And there is no way for me to talk about cats that will enable me to come off as a sane person...Nothing against Cats mind you' Its just that Cat people are a wild and wacky group as a whole..

When I was young and went in a store they would call security, and they would follow me around. Kinda liked it made me feel special. Now if I stand by the cart to long some well meaning young lady will ask me if I'm ok, are you lost, are you with someone? Or they think I'm trying to find something and offer to help. So when my wife says that I just tell her I'll get it and meet you up front. I guess I look my age!
