Made from 1989-1998. A good scoot for someone with a seasonal location. Don’t hafto worry about any one steeling it ! And if they do ya only lost $2500. Has a centerstand also. I think ?

Tiffany, Olive, Daisy, “The Three Musketeers” together again.
At a "young" (compared to this crowd) 60, I still ride both but prefer 2.
Been riding going on 50 years now, and always have at least one 2 wheeler. 2nd wife said, "I don't want to be a passenger, I want a trike". So Hooray, she got a trike. After riding to Sturgis in "13" (me on 2, she on 3) I converted my VTX1800 to 3.
Now, depending on the whim, I ride either. But if we are going for an extended haul, I ride 3 (to pull a trailer).
It doesn't matter what you ride, so long as you ride!
The wife and I both had 2 wheelers back in 2012 but neither of us rode comfortably (still learning at that time). Wife was unwilling to ride by herself and wanted to enjoy riding but not driving. Determined we needed a larger ride for both of us and I wasn't comfortable with myself enough myself. Too risky taking her for rides and buying a bigger 2-wheeler seemed to increase that risk. We decided to test drive a Trike and both of us liked it enough to buy one and sell the two 2-wheelers. Never looked back and have been happily riding on three since. We have 20K miles on our HD Trike now and feel very comfortable in any weather. We have ridden it on the Texas beaches with no worries and don't fear stopping to have a beer on our rides (Trikes don't fall over easily). If I did it again, I would seek out a conversion with independent suspension - more parts to wear out but believe it would ride better than our solid rear axle. Just our experience.
Before I bought a trike, I test rode both solid and independent axles at a Harley dealer. This was a few years ago and they were just coming out with an IRS replacement (not a conversion) for the H-D trike. After the test rides I came to the conclusion that for $5K+ an IRS wasn't worth it for me. I do a lot of highway miles and don't see any benefit at all of an IRS. Besides I don't usually ride on bad roads anyway and if I did it wouldn't be enough for the added cost of an IRS. I can accept a few bad potholes.
If anything I may replace the rear air shocks with much much better coil ones from DK Custom Products. They are members of this forum.
