Hey Kurt... welcome to TrikeTalk from west Texas!
Congratulations on the new-to-you trike.
I expect you'll be driving I-20, then I-10, through Midland on your way home.
Just a word of caution....our spring winds out here are TERRIBLE.... with a capital TEXAS "T"!
Wear some protective clothing - those tumbleweeds hurt when they hit you.
Be safe and catch us up on the "break-in" ride when you get home!
New course heading Mr. Sulu: ...2nd star to the right and straight on til morning...!!
Scooter and Sassi....2 furrever.
I was thinking maybe someone on TT may want to meet you someplace along the way to admire your new trike and get acquainted.
Grandbury is a cool place. I used to fly to Pecan Plantation for EAA meetings, fly-in's, BBQ's and anything else they had going on. If you go the way Carla mentioned, maybe you can have coffee with her in Midland.
Have a safe trip and post pictures when you get your trike.

You betcha! Kurt, if you think you’ll have time to stop for a few minutes let me know ahead of time out here on TrikeTalk. Our PM (private messaging) feature is not working here on the forum so you would need to make a post out here.
Oh...and another thing you need to watch out for through this area....the TRAFFIC! This area is in a oil field boom and the IDIOTS are everywhere - we have daily I-20 wrecks with 18-wheelers. RIDICULOUS. Just be on your top-level alert.
