More welding up next with steering tie rods extended, then assemble with wheels only, more checking, dis assemble and final welding, final welding, total assembly (paint), THEN wiring, OMG! If you have been a regular follower you would remember I bought a whole bike, so the wiring harness was a bitch to remove with out cutting BUTT it should make it a lot easier to wire up with extending a few wires. Jeff Eggman my heart goes out to you and other members wiring jobs, (wiring and sheet metal work is my weakness) And I am also fixing (updating) my scooters, eScooter and gScooler Local run around with wife...

HF movers dolly and M/C ramp, And so the middle frame does not drag I added my auto ramps. Ohhh To try and keep the wheels straight I duct taped the tie rods, heeheehee...

It rolls,Dropped off the tie rods to the machinist 18 3/4" each should do the trick, Will take 1 week? So now I am playing with the gScooter gas tank, installed the petcock today and trimmed the diamond plate aluminum for fitment, paint the mount cross pieces today...

Lights will be on the low, I think the Ca DMV Motorcycle headlight is still 12" min from the ground, and again think to center of light, signal lights to be min. 6" wide of each other, Now you can see the dent in the side of the tank...

Setting up lights, Seat, BattBox. I like the lights higher? Am thinking 1 or 2 driving lights mounted off handle bars for seeing around curves? And I am thinking the Harley style nose piece? What do you think???

thinking headlight should be somewhat higher and maybe part of the nose piece design....just my .02... LOL...as you can see I'm partial to high mounted headlights!

Personally ... I like the look of the low mounted headlight, even though I know that the lower headlight is less efficient lighting the way. I rarely drive at night, but, you do need to satisfy "Johnny Law", so you may need to look into local laws to see what they require if you plan to register the ride.

I do like the idea of a bit higher head light and the fact that it is molded into the front cowling piece would be awesome, in my mind it is.The law is what it is about, building it all up so it is legal to be on the road, but I have wondered how these three wheelers do on a race track ?Looking good, and really love the idea of lights off the handle bar so you can see turning the corners.

Can you see all the cross braces and there's still room to add a upper driving light for turns...

Maybe make the nose a tad shorter so you can see the tank from the front ... the angles are nice though.
