Wide view.
Gotta love my local (Long Beach Ca.) motorcycle swap meet every month, just scored a rear rim with mounts for disc and sprocket, 18x10w.
Hoping to get the lower frame welded this week. I really do not like the offset of the tire and swing arm.
Getting a little closer to the final design, setup shocks location?
Can't make up my damn mind, shocks???And I want them adjustable...
I really like the thought of using these, swap meet this Sunday?

OK, Feeling not to good about the welders not wanting to hold flatness, sooooo! I redesigned the lower frame to eliminate the 45 degrees (6 pieces) now it is one piece, wider for the suspension but that's OK. Can you believe the hardest part is cutting the 45 degree gussets for the control arms, DAMN cheap Harbor Freight chop saw...

Cut new longer frame rails so the front will be wider now by 6".Control arm mounts will be cut and welded soon.

Tack welded frame rails, need fixture for alignment of 18 degree uprights, and aligning swing arm...
JakeJacobsen@Pinterest.com
I am in the process of making fixtures to keep the upper and lower rails square so I can weld the 18 degree uprights that tie them together and the swing arm/rim that is giving me fits...I emailed my Harley source of my problem so I will see him Oct. 28 at the LB motorcycle swap meet...

Fixtures are welded and trial fit in place, should have taken photo of fixture by themselves, next time...
