I think I might have a corroded wire between the fuse box and the starter. Does anyone know what color wire this might be so I can trace it down.
Already put a new battery in.

Just hear a clicking sound when key is turned.
Manually jumped the starter and it is good.
Checked all the relays and they appear to be good.
Im confused....If you jumped the starter then the engine should have started, How or what did you use to jump the starter..Because usually when you turn the key on and all you hear is clicking it means that the battery bad..But you say you have a new battery...Then again sometimes even new battery's go bad...

If it cranks but won't start, first try to push the red button under the seat as it may have tripped and shut off your fuel supply.

Be sure to check the voltage @ the solenoid wire when you turn the key. If the ignition isn't providing proper voltage to that wire the issue will be somewhere in the wiring or ignition switch. Jumping the starter only provides power to the solenoid forcing the starter to engage, it's a good test for the starter itself, but doesn't do much for checking everything else.
If you don't have it, I would suggest getting the Ford Ranger (08-10) wiring diagrams service manual at a minimum. If you need to dig into the wiring side of things it'll be worth every penny to have a copy of it.
