Yep those buggers are the worst! 2003/2004 GW 1800, Roadsmith.
Bike is in a no start condition with no power at all when the ign key is turned on. Lots of batter voltage.
Reading 3-4 volts when checking any metal on the bike from positive batt term to metal. Post to post is normal @ 12.7V.
I've lost confidence in the bike. This is my 4th GW & have taken lots of interstate trips on my 1500's with confidence so this is a real bummer!
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
