As my previous post states, you and your party are certainly welcome to join the event and ride. It just that at this point, I can't guarantee that you'll be able to sit with the group when we have lunch, due to the need to make advance luncheon reservations. I trust that you and your party have pre-registered for the rally, which is the only prerequisite I ask of all participants. Hope to see you at the rally. Ride safe!

As previously announced, I plan on having a TT/T.O.I Get-Together/Ride/Luncheon Event during the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally, Saturday, July 14th, at 10 AM. I suggested that we consider a ride through Spearfish Canyon, with a brief photo stop at Bridal Veil Falls turnoff, for a group photo, followed by a stop at the Cheyenne Crossing Café for lunch. A few of you have previously responded that you plan on attending, but I need to hear from you again and from other TT members that haven't responded, but would like to attend. I need a head count so that I can place our group's reservation at the Crossings. Please reply to this posting if you plan on attending this event, with your TT screen name and the number in your party. I'd like to place our group's reservation within the next week or two. If you should have any questions, feel free to drop me an email, as my email address is at the bottom of this posting. Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi Paul,

You responded to my ride event for the 2018, last year's Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. Please read my post #62 on this thread, as it states clearly to disregard any previous posts as they don't apply to the 2019 D3WR. Also if you look at the dates and time of the post you quoted, they don't relate to this year's D3WR, per its schedule of activities. As of the 27th, I've closed my event to further participants, as stated earlier on this thread, due to my need to make advanced luncheon reservations. Paul, you are still welcome to join our group but I can not guarantee that you will be able to sit with us for lunch.

I decided to use my original thread, since some of you have recently responded to it for the 2019 Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. Even though some of you previously responded that you were attending, I need for you to respond again, giving me the following: (1) the first and last names of you and the member(s) of your party, (2) you and your party's TrikeTalk.com screen names, if applicable, (3) where you and your parties are from, (city & state), and (4) whether you and your party(s) will be having lunch (yes or no). The only requirement to attend this event is that you and the members of your party are pre-registered for the rally. The reason that I mention this now rather than later, is that the registration fee for the rally increases to $40/person on June 1st. Also pre-registering will get you a free 3-day pass to enter Custer State Park, a $10 value. Go to http://www.d3wr.com to register. Please respond by following my example:

Yes, you nailed it, Paul. I assume that you have pre-registered for the rally. I also assume that you've read my posts under the thread titled: TT/T.O.I.
