As stated earlier in one or more of my posts, I will be asking for a head count for those that plan on attending my Meet & Greet event, during the 2019 Deadwood Trike Rally. This will be a new thread, as my thread for last year's event has definitely caused some confusion.

I decided to use my original thread, since some of you have recently responded to it for the 2019 Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. Even though some of you previously responded that you were attending, I need for you to respond again, giving me the following: (1) the first and last names of you and the member(s) of your party, (2) you and your party's TrikeTalk.com screen names, if applicable, (3) where you and your parties are from, (city & state), and (4) whether you and your party(s) will be having lunch (yes or no). The only requirement to attend this event is that you and the members of your party are pre-registered for the rally. The reason that I mention this now rather than later, is that the registration fee for the rally increases to $40/person on June 1st. Also pre-registering will get you a free 3-day pass to enter Custer State Park, a $10 value. Go to http://www.d3wr.com to register. Please respond by following my example:

The above is the "official" list of participants to the event. I say official because no more individuals will be added. This is NOT to say that you and your party will not be permitted to ride with the group, if your name is not listed. At the point, it means that I can't guarantee that you will be able to have lunch with the group. Again, staging will occur in the parking lot to the Days of '76 Museum, also known as the Deadwood Event Complex (DEC), at 8:45 AM. Since the complex area is quite large, it may be difficult for some to know exactly where staging will occur. It will be on the Museum's side of the parking lot, to it's right side, where we staged last year for those that attended the event. I'll be there around 8:30 AM. Just look for the guy on the RED STALLION. Again, I would like to thank all the participants and all that responded to my earlier posts. I hope that you will enjoy the event and the rally as a whole. To that end, I wish you and yours a safe trip, as we soon will be "RIDING FOR THE HILLS!"
