Any trip that brings you back home is a success ... sounds like you had a pretty decent, if not wet time.
Just returned from our 4,000 mile vacation to Eureka Springs, then Chicago, and finally to our old stomping grounds in Ohio. There was a lot of rain in Illinois and Ohio the 3 weeks we were there, only got to ride 5 times in 20 some days. Thanks goodness the rides in Arkansas were awesome, we only put about 1,000 miles on the trike but they were good ones.
Lots of stuff to catch up on around the house and here on the forum. The only problem we had coming home was on I 75 here in Florida, there was an accident ahead of us and we got caught up in a traffic jam that backed up for 15 miles, we were only 90 miles from home. It took us 5 hours to finish the trip.

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave in a well-preserved body, but to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting...Holy Sh!t What a ride!
