Hello to all, I usually don't have this kinda issue but it seems i just found my first big problem with MotorTrike Inc. and that being said well here is my dilemma. I was helping a customer of mine with most all of his repair needs until last month and by the way its on going right now, I went to my customers home due to this issue. His new purchase of a used trike (Goldwing Razor conversion 3379 ) well apparently snapped.
Yeah thats right snapped and basically i have been dealing with Richard over at MotorTrike Inc to help out but he is just ignoring me now. Well what i saw I couldn’t believe but its seems it has never happened between all the shops ive asked and from the manufacturer i can't even find a replacement driveshaft and its the new redesigned driveshaft too. The green yolk not blue and it has a 3379 kit, strange thing is i have not seen or come across anything like this.
I would think MotorTrike would be more helpful other than directing me to local dealers, which also do not have and they would have to special order it like I would and charge me something crazy when i am even available to go and pick up my self. Angry, Frustrated and Disappointed shop foreman.
