New England tt rally 2019

I have already sent in my visa number to the Acra resort to hold a room for me, and just yesterday (3/11/19)I received a email confirming my deposit for August 22-25th rally....( I'd love to meet and ride up with you four again if at all possible )

Guys/gals if you never attended this rally, I want you to know that you WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME...

I honestly thought that the Acra Resort was a wonderful place, with great riding roads...Food was perfect, the activities were nice, very quiet, without the street noise, we can park our bikes just outside our room, (no worries about our bikes being bothered/tampered with) swimming pool/jacuzzi were very clean, not at all expensive....What else can you ask for? Dinner's were mouth watering good! On and on and on, nothing but good stuff to say about the rally, almost a year later I still have a smile on my face, and the the best part of this whole thing is that it puts a face to a computer name, when we meet, now were all truly friends......

I used to have a Goggle link to a sign up sheet and a list but it was difficult to maintain. Instead I have a sign up sheet on my Facebook page, Northeast Region Trike Riders but if you can't get into that, just let me know and I'lll add you if you are planning on going. You have to make reservations with the resort directly, just let them know you are with the Trike Talk group.

WE are interested & have requested to be added on the FB group. In Florida at the moment but going back to Ohio soon. Rally is only 700 miles from us & only 240 from grandkids, so maybe a double good time. Do you have special rates for hotel or everyone just make own resv. ? Just need to compare dates to the Hill Country gathering. Just did the Snowbird & met Rosy from NH

Hey Bill,

Its a package deal $89.00 per person a day if you stay 3 days. The rally runs Thursday through Sunday so we hit that number of days but you can arrive earlier in the week if you want just let the desk know and mention you are there for the trike rally. That cost is all inclusive and includes your room, a fantastic breakfast buffet each morning and a four course dinner at night. Its not a swanky place but the rooms are clean, showers are hot and the staff will fall over to take care of us. Its an old family run resort that has been in operation for decades.

Thank you to everyone that contacted the Acra Resort and made reservations already. This is not a huge resort with hundreds of rooms available so please call early and make your reservations if you are planning on going. They are holding a group of rooms for us but if we don't reserve these, eventually they will be opened up for other guests. If you reserve now, you can cancel as long as it is not last minute......

The weather hasn't been that great in the northeast but hopefully it will improve and everyone will be out riding again soon.

4/22/19 today, is there anything I can do to help you with this rally, More hands make "lighter" work...DON'T HESITATE TO CALL OK?

I had a wonderful time last year and totally looking forward to another season.......

Mean while, the end of August is a long way off, let's meet the six of us for a ride or three or four ok??
