I bought a 1989 Gold wing with California side car conversion in 2014.the previous owner had spilled brake fluid own Tupperware panels. Put the brake fluid bottle in the tour pack and it leaked out. Totally destroyed all the parts. I found a gold wing parting out on eBay same year exact color with perfect body panels I bought both tank shelters the tour pack with hondaline spoiler one side cover and several other small items from him. Bought them all for $350 free shipping. I LOVE a bargain!!
What are the mufflers you are taking off, I might be interested, will be in Texas for the get together.
The look stock, but, they are a bit louder than OEM ... at 70 mph there is an annoying hmmmmm
I've heard of some folks that drill extra holes in the back of a stock muffler can, maybe that's what is going on.
They do drone at certain speeds, I thought you might have some Cobra's or Vance & Hines, that's what I'm wanting to try on mine.
I believe these are stock modified .. I wouldn't wish them on anyone ... they are okay around town, almost fun, but, pretty annoying at prolonged speed.
