As to the question as how fast you or in this case a cop can exit a Slingshot.....That all depends on how many donuts he had at his coffee break...Needless to say the Perp is going to get away.......
There is a balancing act to learn so as to exit gracefully without any damage to Vehicle or operator...Its in the test for a Slingshot operators license .....
