I don’t have a cup holder. I would like to get one but every time I shop for one there are way too many choices.Can’t decide.

Yes, too many choices if you include those wire jobs for water bottles. I have a large thermos I use, about as big as a large cup but taller. Kevin has a nice one on his trike (DK Kevin, of the famed Iron Butt Duo ).I don’t have a cup holder. I would like to get one but every time I shop for one there are way too many choices.
Need something for the cell phone too.

Avon Grips I have the Memory foam great ones they make different diameters for different size hands really nice around $65. Power port that attaches to Handlebars. Long Ride Shields most are under $100 if you catch them on sale. Axle Covers(front axle) $35 something not everyone wants but. Fuel door (on Ultra Tri's.)$35 Derby covers $50 and Point covers (not they have points anymore). Seat pads various $60 Manf. Led light for front fender light (that little bulb last about 10 miles $40. Bump up the cost to $250 and see what you can come up with.Think safely Fred

Passenger drink holder for my wife (no ore having to stop every 100 miles to fill up her cup).

Actually, I missed my very best one.......
A Bad Boy air horn from Harbor Freight, under $30 with coupon.
At an intersection a Fed Ex driver pulled out, I laid on the air horn, he jerked that truck over a curb to get out of the way. He may have had to clean himself off......
