If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Roy Clark, wow. Went to a concert of his many many years ago with some great friends. First half of the show was him singing all his old tunes and some new ones. Can't say he was my favorite singer. But after the intermission when they opened the curtains on the stage they had the largest collection of instruments I had seen in quite some time, all stringed instruments. This guy started on one side of the stage and worked his way across the stage playing each and every one of those instruments. And I mean He played them like he OWNED them. I have never been so impressed either before that show or since. Now I must admit that nowadays my concerts pretty much consist of TSO (Trans Siberian Orchestra) or Mannheim Steamroller, and they are wonderful but they consist of a collection of VERY talented artists. The only collection ole Roy had was his collection of instruments.
R.I.P. Roy, I will miss you for sure.
... Made the journey (from 2 to 3 wheels) now enjoying the ride ...
