I've been watching reviews on the new wing and of course spent some time examining the new wing to see how difficult it will be to trike out. For a back wheel conversion it's not a big change however adding a "trail" mod will be more difficult and will require an alteration to the forks or new forks to reduce trail (as usual rake can not be changed) to help with steering problems related to this type of conversion.
Doing a front wheel conversion will be more difficult also as the forks need to be removed and a new shaft installed, not a big deal. Handling will not be a problem as front wheel trikes take full advantage of common steering geometry so it will not be an issue.
I believe the first one I will do will be one for myself and I see these new wings showing up at insurance auctions with simple broken tie rods which seem to be a real weak point if you front end something. Most are selling for under $7500 with less than 2k miles so it's a viable option.
