I have sold my 2015 H.D. Tri-Glide. I will be back, when Harley makes an independent suspension. Our California roads are just - to torn up. (We have a Can-Am Spyder,) It's indep.suspension, & nice - but not a Harley.

Maybe, with the money - a H.D. Lehman or Champion conversion.

Till then - Thanks for all your past help & advice.

Tom, many folks here on Trike Talk have changed over to other different manufactures of 2 or 3 wheel vehicles.

We have a Can-Am Spyder forum here you may find interesting.

So please, stay in touch.ThumbUp

Just because you sold a trike (and got a different brand) doesn't mean you must leave a forum. We just got a 2018 Spyder RT Limited, and am in the process of selling the GL1800 Champion trike. We recently sold a 2007 Road Hawk. In the past we had a Trike Shop (Roadsmith) Runabout and a GL1500 Motor Trike. The experience owning these rides could mean we have information that may be the answer to someone's question. Even if we don't own a certain brand anymore, keeping in touch and sharing what we know is a good thing.

I bought a new Triglide in May of this year and traded it in on a 17 Goldwing with a Roadsmith kit. The independent suspension and different rake (drives like it has power steering) caused me to make the switch. It cruises at 80 very easy and the wife loves the ride. The Harley has a better sound system and better reverse. When I buy a 2 wheeler it will be a Harley. Don't expect great fuel mileage from the Honda but you can run 87 octane and that helps some.

Heck Thomas, I'm still on just two wheels and drop in here now and then. And there is a Spyder forum here I try to help out with since my wife rides one so we see the problems they have and try to resolve them. So really no reason to drop out. Just change gears or forums.:)

Found your comment most interesting, tried to do a complimentary PM, but wait, I think Zook has that disabled for the hacking, sorry, are you on spyderlovers?

Jack, After spending a pot full of cash and bouncing around, the OP probably wants to put the experience in his rear view mirror. However, there is an IRS upgrade for Tri Glides. However, folks with IRS-equipped trikes opine that bouncing may be inherent in all trike designs.

:Agree: Probably this.

I have ridden several Harley Trike Conversions with IRS. They are about the same quality ride as a TG with the 14" Trike Series Shocks, which is very good, a huge improvement over stock, but it is still a trike with 3 wheel tracks.
