Latest updates to the 2019 5th annual deadwood 3 wheeler rally

I thought I would post the current schedule for what is tentatively planned for the 2019 5th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. If there are any changes, I will post again, just as soon as I become aware of them. So if you plan to attend the rally, it's recommended that you refer to this thread, often. The event that I will be hosting is circled for your attention. It will be 1 hour longer than previous years. The details of the event will be forthcoming, so please stay tuned.

Keep those registrations coming - our goal in 2019 is 1200 registrants and 800 trikes.

Two more vendors have make their appearance known to the rally, namely Diamond R Accessories and Embroidery by Helen. If you would like to see your favorite vendor participate at the rally, go to the rally's website, http://www.d3wr.com where you may contact Teresa, either by email or phone. Or you may make your request known here and I will pass it on. Please provide their website information and/or email address, if applicable. Vendors play an important part in making a rally more attractive and appealing to its participants. Thanks for your input...!

Teresa announced: JUST DELIVERED! The official pin for the Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. This is also the design for the patch and the front of the grey event t-shirt.

COMING SOON: We will also have a few other types of shirts for both men and women you can purchase in advance. We will let you know when they are available to view on the website.

Teresa announced earlier that the 2019 5th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally Pins had arrived and now, the Patches have arrived.!!! We ordered 1200 in anticipation of that many attendees for this years rally. Ensure getting a patch and pin by registering NOW. Teresa announced: Are you looking to get your trike detailed or your windshield etched? We have a vendor that can do that! Meet Sara Clark from Tattoo Your Ryde. The detailer's get really busy during the rally so you may want to call ahead and get an appointment set now or at least work out the details on what you would like done to your trike. Here's the latest registrant's map for the 2019 5th Annual Deadwood 3 Wheeler Rally. Teresa wanted me to inform everyone that there's still rooms available at the Travelodge Inn & Suites, at a discounted rate, for early registrants. Also she wanted me to again inform you, that if for ANY reason, you have to cancel your reservation, a full refund of your reservation fee will be given, if you notified Teresa on or prior to June 31st. Again, you can register either on or off line by going the rally's website: http://www.d3wr.com. Thanks for the updates! TT members, don’t forget to sign up for the TT ride! Was a great time last year, and met some wonderful trike people! We Victory riders are still listed in the Misc. category, even though there were 2 of us there last year. Come on Vic folks......let’s turn it in numbers so we can earn our own category!😜

The Black Hills are soooooooo beautiful and the riding is Innnnnncredible! You won't be able to do it all so start your bucket list of iconic places you want to see and roads you want to travel. Teresa announced: We are only 8 registrants away from having 300 pre-registered D3WR rally attendees. With that said, it's time for a CONTEST. YAAAAAAAAY!!!!

ALL who have registered (with payment) by midnight on Monday, March 4th will be eligible to win a "long sleeve" event t-shirt. On Tuesday, March 5th (my birthday) I will draw one lucky winner from all the paid registrations to date and announce the winner of the shirt on Facebook. (The best gift is one you give!)
