Interesting. A few years ago wife and I did a tour through Harley plant in York Pa. She didn’t like the 🤖.
Cool little video. Did anyone else catch on to the fact that the entire front fairing CAN be removed/installed as a single unit?!?! If we tear down a GL fully we always removed it that way even though the Honda manual instructs you to do it a part at a time, probably for a higher labor charge.

What I thought was kewl was that the motor was built, tested, put on a dolly, then the frame was bolted on to it ... kind of backwards from what I thought. I've always known that the engine on an 1800 actually was part of the frame integrity. I think this started with the CB500's .. but I may be wrong.
WOW! Thanks for sharing this post, I honestly think it's amazing, how a company builds a vehicle, so fast, I'd love to tour a car or bike making facility someday...This post was actually the closest i have even been to actually witness a vehicle being made from scratch..........*pretty cool*
