My 2nd. dog this year passes today.
I lost my 14 year old husky, Billie, New Years day & today, I lost my Australian Cattledog, Ginger, at the age of 17. This dog helped me through a painful recovery from a nasty tangle with a car in 2003 in my 2 wheeler days & stayed by my side throughout my recovery.
It's tough, but sharing with you good people helps...thanks for listening.

Michael, as kindrid dog people I understand completely. Doesn’t matter how long they are with you..it’s just never long enough. The two are together again now and having a good time. I send prayers of comfort for you.

I am so sorry to hear of your losses Michael. Pets are our family. It's in the the tough times, like these, that reflecting on memories of our fond family members becomes the hardest.
