Good Morning All
Is anyone using a fuel additive to combat the ethanol in the gasoline?
I'd like to start my Freewheeler break-in as best I can.
Many thanks

Every now and then i will put a little Sea-Foam in the gas tank as i do with all my toys...Just for my own peace of mind, And to tell the truth i don't think it really needs it...,,

If you cannot find Ethanol free gas use SeaFoam or Marvel Mystery Oil
Read the labels of all additives you may decide on to be sure there is NO added alcohol included in the product you choose, Lucas also makes a very good product

Harley does not make their own, like oil and other fluids and chemicals they sell HD buys on the open market from other suppliers. With their oil they put out tenders to major oil company's . Not to say their ethanol product is bad IMO their are many other better tried and trued gas additives

I use Lucas Ethanol Treatment. Its green stuff and I use 1 oz per tankfull. Its about $7-8 at wally world I think. Seafoam is the standard. If I have a motor that dosnt run right I'll run a couple three tankfulls with Seafoam in it. That dosnt clear it up its leakdown test/ teardown time.
