I even have the 2015 Triglide books....and it's the most vague ambiguous group of numbers ever! Front brake pads...The two mounting bolts 25-27 Ft. #'s. Allen head bolt 90 inch #'s....correct?
I love this site! jc

The shop manual for my 14 has slightly different number's ... but those are close to mine ... maybe someone with a 15 will chime in ... I sold my 15 manuals when I lost my 15 Tri
Could it be the mounting bolts( bolts holding caliper to lower leg) have a higher torque value than the allen bolts that hold the pads in the calipers?

As one is Ft pounds the other Inch pounds....yes. I just seem to have two different lists for the values Jack. Not crazy different, but different all the same. I'll do them @ 27 ft. and 95 inch and hope the hell I don't kill the dog! lol
Interesting that when I dismantled the first set, not one bolt has any "loc-tite" Think I'll use a bit of blue!
Well heck....that was way too easy! Now I don't want anyone to think less of me {that would be hard to do!} but this was my first HD brake job. I've only been riding HD's for 20 years...the first 10 years or so I was a multi-bike guy...and starting 09 I went to one bike...one Harley about every two years until 2015...no reason to change what's working in my old age! No never had enough miles on a bike to need brakes! lol....done my cars over the years....but never had to spread a 6 piston before! Those Son of a Guns did not what to open for me! And here's the best part, they actually work! Thanks guys
