Hi All ya'all :
Have decided to try and get back to riding and feel a trike is just the ticket.
Had a Thorassac stroke three years ago , was not able to walk or stand for a while.
Thought I was done after almost 50 years of riding and club level road racing.
Sold my 1985 BMW R80, 2004 Road King Custom, 2005 Triumph Bonneville, and my Burgman 650 .
Spent a lot of time in rehab, a couple months in a wheel chair, then a walker , and now use a cane for stability.
Ride my exercise bike three days a week, and fight with the eliptical machine as often as I can stand it.
Tried a friends trike and have the bug to get out there again in the motorbike community.
I'm currently in the research stage, and it may take a while to convince SWMBO ( She Who Must Be Obeyed) that riding is the next best therapy for me and my worn out old butt.
Looking forward to meeting some of you on the road.
