erratic guage

motor trike irs system i set the air suspension at 28# and while driving the trike the gauge numbers jump from 28 and up to 55# will not keep a steady reading, do any of you members have this problem. my trike is a 2014 f6b goldwing with the adventure kit. forgot to mention that it is a digital gauge.

I had the exact same problem on my 2017 MT new on 2017 Goldwing. Pressure bounced all over the place, as much as up to 200+ from day 1. I finally asked the installer/Honda dealer when I had them do the 8000 service. They found a bad ground. It is now solid.

Thanks for the reply sgmdudley i will have to chase the wiring from the dash to the connectors to find the bad connection.

I don't have a motor trike but thats exactly how my gauge works. My gauge is positive no electronics involved. You sit on the trike the pressure goes up someone else sits on it goes even further. Its sorta like a piston the higher it goes in the bore the more pressure it creates.

thanks for the reply i will go through all the checks just for my curiosity.

To- day i followed the wiring of the gauge from the gauge to the air compressor found a ground from the harness to the frame cleaned up now to try on the road not good weather for a few days.
